Our Lead Attorney

Mehrnaz M. Hadian, MD, Esq.

Dr. Hadian is a practicing ICU physician (Intensivist) and lawyer board certified in internal medicine, critical care medicine, neuro-critical care, hospice and palliative care medicine.

She obtained her JD from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles where she served as the president of the Southwestern Law and Medicine Society. At Southwestern, she completed the Bioscience Industry Law and Practice certificate program and successfully completed Health Care Regulations and Legislation courses for which she earned the Exceptional Achievement Award and the Witkin Award.

She also took the course in Strategic Alliances and was the recipient of the Larraine Segil Scholarship in Strategic Alliances. She is a member of the American Health Lawyer Association, Healthcare Law section of LA County Bar Association and a member of good standing with California State Bar and Medical Board of California. She is a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
